THE CHALLENGE
Beautiful app, terrible retention
Wellness360 had a visually appealing app but users were dropping off within the first week. Onboarding was confusing, the core loop wasn't intuitive, and the value proposition wasn't clear until day 5.
THE STRATEGY
Research-led redesign, not a reskin
We conducted 15 user interviews, analyzed session recordings, and mapped the complete user journey. The redesign focused on three things: faster time-to-value, simplified core loop, and habit-forming notification strategy.

Over 8 weeks, we went from research to shipped product. Every design decision was validated through usability testing. We delivered a complete Figma design system with 200+ components and developer specs.
