Luxe Living's brand hadn't evolved in 8 years. Their visual identity felt dated compared to new luxury competitors, and brand recall surveys showed a steep decline among their target demographic.

Perception audit to premium repositioning
We started with stakeholder workshops and competitor mapping. Three concept directions were developed — each rooted in a different emotional positioning. The selected direction centered on understated luxury and architectural precision.

Over 12 weeks, we delivered a complete brand system: logo, typography, color palette, photography direction, digital guidelines, stationery, and a brand book. Every element was tested across real applications before finalization.
